What happens next

First-time patients select Initial Assessment. Returning patients select Follow-up appointment.
2. Pick your date and time
Available slots are shown in real time based on Demi's schedule. Select what suits you.
3. Enter your details and pay the deposit
A deposit secures your booking. The balance is payable at your appointment.
4. Complete your registration form
New patients will receive a registration and consent form by email. Please complete it before your appointment.
5. Confirmation and reminder
You will receive an email confirmation and a reminder 24 hours before your appointment.
