1. Our commitment to accessibility

Fairhope Clinic Limited is committed to making its websites accessible to as many people as possible, including those with disabilities or who use assistive technologies. We aim to make our websites perceivable, operable, understandable and robust for all users.

We want to hear from you if you experience any difficulty using our websites. Your feedback helps us improve.

2. How accessible our websites are

Our websites are built on the Wix platform. We have taken reasonable steps within the Wix environment to make our content as accessible as possible. We believe our websites are partially compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.1 at Level AA.

The following features are in place:

  • The website can be navigated using a keyboard

  • Text is presented with sufficient contrast against backgrounds

  • The website is responsive and usable on mobile devices

  • Contact details and key information are presented clearly in text format

  • The booking system (Cliniko) is provided by a third party and has its own accessibility features

3. Known accessibility limitations

We are aware of the following limitations and are working to address them where possible within the Wix platform:

  • Some images may not have fully descriptive alternative text. We are reviewing and improving image descriptions across the site.

  • Some page titles may not fully reflect the content of the page. We are updating these as part of our ongoing SEO and content improvements.

  • PDF documents linked from the website (such as policy documents) may not be fully accessible to all screen readers. Where possible, we will also provide accessible web-based versions of key documents.

  • Some third-party content, including embedded booking systems and map iframes, is outside our direct control and may have its own accessibility limitations.
